Idealium Club is the loyalty program we have designed for you, to thank you for coming back to our store. You will earn points for making purchases and you can redeem these points for direct discounts applied to your cart, so the more points you accumulate, the more you can save.

Anyone can join the Club, you just need to have or open a customer account and you will be automatically registered.

Discounts on wool, cotton, threads


You will accumulate loyalty points with each purchase. When you make a purchase, you will earn points in your account equivalent to 10% of your order, which you can redeem on your next purchase.

You can redeem your points for €5 or €10 coupons that can be applied directly to your shopping cart.
To redeem your points, simply open your Club points panel (bottom left) and click on Redeem points.

Loyalty points

The following loyalty points are earned with each purchase:

  • 10 points for every euro spent

100 points are worth 1 euro discount.

For example, if you make a purchase of 50 euros, you will accumulate 500 points, which you can redeem for 5 euros on your next purchase (this is a 10% discount).

Redeem your points

To redeem your points, simply open the loyalty program (the bar at the bottom left) and click on "Rewards".

You can redeem your points for the following coupons:

  • 5 Euro discount coupon (500 points)
  • 10 Euro discount coupon (1000 points)

If you have the necessary points to redeem any of the coupons, the program itself will indicate this to you, and you can click on "Get reward". This will give you a discount coupon that you can apply directly to your basket and have a direct discount on your purchase for that amount.

Points history

From the same application, in the Account section, you can view your activity and points history.

Points can have the following statuses:

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
  • Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Points earned on your purchases will be pending for 2 days, after which they will become Approved and available for use.
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your points balance. For example, if you cancel a purchase, then the points associated with that purchase will also be cancelled.
