15 chains

row 1 - 1 chain, 15 sts low

row 2 to 5 - chain 2, 15 sts high

row 6 to 9 - 2 chain stitches, 5 double crochet stitches, 1 5-strand pouf stitch, 1 chain stitch, 1 5-strand pouf stitch, 1 chain stitch, 1 5-strand pouf stitch, 5 double crochet stitches

row 10 - chain 2, 15 double st

row 11 to 33 - 4 chains, 15 triple crochet stitches

row 34 - chain 2, 15 sts high

row 35 to 38 - 2 chains, 5 double crochet stitches, 1 pouf 5 strands, 1 chain stitch in the air, 1 pouf 5 strands, 1 chain stitch in the air, 1 pouf 5 strands, 5 double crochet stitches

rows 39 to 42: chain 2, 15 double st

row 43 - 1 chain, 15 sts low

FRINGES:

We cut 4 strips of 35cm for each fringe
