Basic Rag Bag Pattern

Pattern to knit a basic rectangular rag bag. Design by Idealium.

Material

• 1 ball of rag
• Crochet hook 8/10/12, depending on the yarn to be used

Pattern

Cast on 20 ch

R1 - ch 1, 20 sc + another 2 sc in the last chain (i.e. 3 sc in the last, the third being the first st on the other side). Crochet another 19 to have the 20 on the other side, then 1 more sc in the first chain (on the turn).

In total I have 42 points.

We join this last stitch with the first one with a slip stitch to close the circle.

v 2 - 1 ch. high, 42 low sts, close with slip stitch.

Repeat until lap 14

Lap 15 on flat ground.
