On the right front, work row 1 of the lace pattern and at the beginning of row 2 cast off 8 stitches. Continue working the lace pattern for 8 repetitions while forming the neckline.
To do this, bind off 3p, 8 times, at the beginning of rows 3 of the 8 repetitions of the lace pattern, adapting the pattern to the stitches that remain. We will have 50 stitches. Knit for 6 more rows corresponding to the next repetition of the lace pattern and bind off all the stitches to
form the right shoulder.
Knit the left front piece in the same way but forming the armhole (bind off 8 sts) at the beginning of row 1. To form the neckline, bind off 3 sts, 8 times, at the beginning of rows 4 of the 8 repetitions of the lace pattern, adapting the pattern to the remaining stitches. This will make 50 stitches. Knit for 6 more rows corresponding to the next repetition of the lace pattern and bind off all the stitches to form the right shoulder.

At the same time, increase one stitch on each side of the right rows 10 times along the sleeve: increase one stitch at the beginning and end of rows 9 of the lace patterns in repeats 2-11. This will make 92 sts. When you reach 49cm, cast off all stitches.
Manufacturing and finishing
The shoulders are sewn together. The sleeves are sewn to the body of the jacket, fitting them into the armholes. Next, sew the sides of the jacket from the bottom of the garment to the armhole and continue the sleeve seam from the armhole to the cuff.
Pick up the stitches for the left front from the bottom of the garment to the centre of the neckline on the back. Work in garter stitch for 18 rows and cast off all the stitches. Pick up the stitches for the right front in the same way and make the buttonholes on row 11 of the strip as follows: yarn over, 2tog. Make 3 buttonholes like this: the first one 3cm from the bottom edge of the jacket and the other two 10cm apart.
Continue knitting in garter stitch until you reach 18 rows and cast off all stitches. Sew the two strips together in the centre of the neckline on the back.
Finally, sew 3 wooden buttons.
